Pickable

Support

Questions, a call that was wrong on the ground, or trouble with Pro: email hello@10tenstudio.com. We usually reply within two business days.

Report a wrong call

Tell us the area name, the species, the date you went and what you found: no mushrooms in a Go, a gate or a No Trespassing sign on land shown as Crown, a closure the app missed. These reports are how the calls get better. You don't have to say exactly where your patch is.

Using it with no signal

Save your region at home while you have signal. Calls, saved maps, field mode and Back to car then work with no signal. Weather and wildfire restrictions refresh only when you have signal, and every area shows how old its weather is.

Pickable Pro

Flush alerts

With Pro, watch a spot from its area page. Allow notifications for Pickable in your phone's settings, or you won't see the alerts. Alerts are estimates from rain and temperature; a quiet week doesn't mean the app stopped working.

Identifying mushrooms

Pickable doesn't identify mushrooms and can't tell you one is safe to eat. If you're unsure, ask an experienced forager or a local mycological society, and never eat a wild mushroom on an app's or a photo's say-so. If someone may have eaten a poisonous mushroom, call BC Drug and Poison Information Centre at 1-800-567-8911, or 911 in an emergency.
