Pickable

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 10ten Studio Inc. ("we") for the Pickable app. By using the app you agree to them.

What Pickable is

Pickable suggests places and times to look for wild mushrooms in British Columbia from public data and weather forecasts. Its calls, forecasts and alerts are estimates. They don't promise that mushrooms will be there.

Not advice about eating mushrooms

Pickable doesn't identify mushrooms and nothing in it tells you a mushroom is safe to eat. Some wild mushrooms are deadly. Never eat a mushroom unless an expert has identified it in person.

Land access and your safety

Land status, fire status and road information come from government data that can be out of date. You're responsible for checking closures and land ownership, and for following the law and any landowner's or First Nation's rules. Outdoor travel carries real risks, including wildlife, falling trees in burned forest, weather, roads and getting lost. Plan for them and don't rely on the app alone to navigate or get back.
